To place an
order the registration is mandatory:
once you have
completed the registration, you will
receive a first email from the system, anyway you
have
to wait for the
second email to enter, since we have to
set
your account with the right
pricelist and VAT
scheme.
The pricelist matched to privates is the #1,
the one
matched to companies is the #2. ALL can ask
for a
pricelist with lower prices in case the order exceeds a
certain amount. Please use our
excel file to
calculate the
total
before
asking for a different pricelist using this
form.
Once you are logged in, some links will appear: they
help you to track your past orders, read the news etc.
The homepage has now a button to require both
username and password in case you forget them.

By clicking "products
catalogue" you enter the
pricelists. You can reach an item by following
the
families/categories links, anyway we suggest you
to use the search box, by digiting
the item's name or, better,
part* of it.

Once you
reach the item, three icons will appear:
the first one (I) is for its picture, the second one
(P)
shows you its prices (VAT included and excluded).
Then, by clicking the third icon (A), you put
the item into the shopping cart.
The prices
shown in the website with carts are:
-
VAT included for EEC privates
- VAT excluded for VAT registered
EEC companies
- VAT excluded for the rest of the world
Only few websites in the world allow this.

Then the shopping cart, where you can change the
quantities or cancel an item: remember to click
the
"update" red
button to re-calculate the totals.
The last item you order goes on top of the list.
By using the icons on the left, you can continue
your shopping or send us your order
The
shopping cart holds in memory the items even
if you logout and log-in again after days, this way you
can create an order adding or deleting items in more
than one session before you click "order confirm".

If you click "order
confirm", then you will receive a
first email from the system and, later, a second email
from us which contains our proforma invoice with
shipping
charges, the total and our instruction for the payment.
The customer is not obliged to proceed with payment
even
if he has already received the proforma with total. So
the orders can be deleted anytime before the shipment.
